Queer Cyprus is looking for their new intern!

The internship program will be implemented in scope of the Diversity of Colours Project funded by European Union and implemented by Queer Cyprus Association.

After the fırst call for the internship program which received great interest, we are ready to announce our second call for interns. In addition to the preparations for our Diversity in Academia Conference which will be held on 25th October, we are getting ready for a series of colourful events for the last quarter of the year. That’s why we are looking for interns with the motivation to work with the association team and that would like to be part of the LGBTI+ movement, provide support via the Internship program, and take part in the associations activities.

If you know about or are willing to learn about the association, if you’re good at time management, if you’re confident in communication and managing an office then you should JOIN US!

So, what should you expect from this one-month period?

Supporting the team with office work, taking active responsibilities during project activities especially the international conference, contributing to the organization of trainings and fund raising events, preparing newsletters, working in collaboration with the communications team for the associations’ website and social media, supporting the team with media monitoring and reporting work.
With this internship, you will have the opportunity to develop your administrative and communication skills, socialize and gain experience on working in a civil society organization.
